"5 night stay as a couple. Great hotel, super convenient for transport, restaurants, USJ, really can’t fault it. Staff were lovely, very friendly. Breakfast was crowded but took advantage of sitting in the non-themed room every day so no long wait. Same food, just quieter room. Booked a city view room on Luxury Floor so had a great view of Osaka skyline. Size wise, room was bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. Amenities were refreshed every day and we really appreciated the daily bottles of water. Fantastic stay, hope to return."

"The lobby was spectacular and the elevator super cool. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different options. The view was really nice looking over the harbour. It’s a bit far from any shops or restaurants but the park land around the hotel is lovely. The only thing I really didn’t like was the cruise ships that dock alongside. The engines run all night, sometimes the music is loud and obnoxious although it didn’t go late. But it meant I couldn’t sit on the lovely balcony. But if you don’t mind being a bit far out from the centre it’s probably quieter than the main area of the city."
