Nice place near the Missouri S&T

Stayed here while shepherding students at a conference at Missouri S&T. The staff was very helpful and friendly (and gave us some good advice on places to eat). The Hampton was close to the university, easy in and out even with a big college van and very comfortable. The price was very fair and the breakfast was good and well cared for. I would definitely stay again.

We had a late check in and the staff was amazing!! In the past when we have had a late check in at other locations the staff are annoyed that we were interrupting their time watching their phone. I was so impressed with the staff I went ahead and reserved my return stay.

Expensive for the value. It is an older motel and things are showing indicates that, example driveway bumpy and not wheel air friendly. Get a wheelchair and try it.

I spent less than 10 minutes and immediately checked out. The room I booked as a “double room” was so small I could touch the window while sitting on the bed. I went to the bathroom immediately and there as blood still on the toilet seat. I called down to the reception desk and they were quite rude. I checked out and will not return!

Easy to find property but we saw it was a 2021 award winner. and it didn’t live up. Tv didn’t work after two attempts from staff to fax. The beds were comfortable but the room over all was a bit shabby. The breakfast was fine. It was ok but no way award winning.

Elevator didn’t work. Had to take their steps anytime we want to go down to the lobby or leave. Also had to carry our luggage down steps when we left. Property is in generally poor condition. Bed mattress was old and the middle was lower than the sides as a result of use.

Great Hotel, Great Staff

We wanted to relax a couple of days after a really hard beginning of 2025. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. If you are staying in Rolla, then this is the place to stay!!!
