Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, the area seemed pretty safe. They have a locking gate for the parking lot, which made it feel more secure at night. The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to communicate with us as we only spoke English, which was very much appreciated. The room we had was also spacious and the bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of room. The only downside was the kitchen. They were no plates or utensils provided, besides paper cups. You also could not use the oven without flipping the breaker. But the fridge, stovetop and sink worked well and it was really nice to have a table. All in all a great place to stay!

Don’t listen to the reviews about it being far from centro. If you take the train, you’re where you need to be within 30ish minutes (which is common in almost every city ever). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was fine, nothing fancy but sufficient. Grazie mille!

We arrived after dark, so identifying the gate on a one-way road was tough, plus there was almost no room to park in front of it to enter the passcode. It was nice having secure parking. Upon arriving and finding out they didn't provide the requested 2 bed room, staff gave me attitude and wasn't helpful until I threatened to cancel and go elsewhere. Room we ended up with was nice though. Free breakfast was pretty decent, but the seating area was cramped and it was hard to get through the line, when there was more than a few people. Really appreciated the fresh cappucino and espresso provided. Dinner options, including within walking distance were very limited. Hotel layout is kind of confusing. Showers were tiny! AC worked great!

It was ok. Pictures on the advertising looks better than what it is. Property needs updates and renew the bed clothes, Did not have AC, neither heating on the room 102. Thanks fully we stayed during Autumn and temperatures changes were gentle. It has a convenient location, close to the train station and public transportation.

El hotel cumple con el objetivo, está en una zona muy segura, las habitaciones son cómodas,. modestas pero cómodas, la atención de los empleados muy buena, el desayuno está bien, un poco retirado de la ciudad pero hay buen transporte publico

Struttura datata e pulizia poco nella norma Personale non propriamente cortese. Si era optato per l'opzione "appartamento" con soluzione cucina per esigenze familiari,ma al nostro arrivo alla cucina mancava il frigorifero. Quando gentilmente lo abbiamo fatto notare alla reception non solo non siamo stati creduti inviando un collaboratore a controllare ma alla nostra richiesta di congelare delle bottigliette d'acqua ci è stato risposto che in struttura non erano presenti congelatori e/o freezer. Colazione povera con panini e dei simil pan au chocolate stantii.

Nada que ver con las fotos y para que cambien las sabanas y limpien la habitación tuve que insistir una y otra vez, estuve 5 días , ni cortinas tenía la habitación y la fuerza del agua para ducharse parecía meado de gato, en lo personal no lo recomiendo, ah y aparte de eso todas las noches estaban los clientes dando quejas en recepción y marchándose a buscar otros sitios

Billig aber nicht zu empfehlen

1. kalte Dusche es gab kein Warmwasser 2. Bad Dusche alt und dreckig und der WC Spülkasten ging nicht 3. Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und logen uns an, das jetzt warm Wasser repariert sei, war aber nicht so, nach 2 Tagen immer noch kaltes Wasser 4. Frühstück 10€ nur abgepackte Mini Milchbrötchen und Mini Croissant Frühstück um die Ecke in einer Bar ist sehr zu empfehlen 5. Parkplätze gut ! Autos sind sicher und eingezäunt. 6. Bar ist leer 7. Zimmer Tausch wurde verweigert
