Welcome to our garden apartment located a few minutes from the university and the Campus Bio-Medico hospital.
This is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, well-located residence with easy connection to Metro B Laurentina reachable by bus that passes in front of the apartment.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, this makes it possible for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children to stay in the apartment.

Located a short distance from the main entrance of the university and the Campus Bio-Medico hospital.
2 minutes by car to the University and 3 minutes to the Polyclinic.
