Ours was a quick one-night stay between travels to other parts of Italy. Thanks to the hotel’s close proximity to the train station, it was extremely convenient so we could maximize our few hours in Rome. The staff was helpful and efficient, which afforded us time to get in some sight-seeing and shopping before we took off again!

This is a great hotel because of the location but it’s not a 5-star as advertised. The rooms are a bit dated and the shower wasn’t the cleanest, but if your only in town to catch a train from Rome Termini, then you can’t beat the location! The staff is really friendly too.

While staying at this hotel, a bottle of champagne was included with our room. The front desk said they would bring it to us, but even by 9 p.m., it hadn’t arrived. So I called and mentioned that we’re Expedia VIP customers, and that we were told at check-in that a bottle of champagne was included with our stay. They said they would check again, and only after that did they finally bring it to our room.
