Great location - Great staff & Great views . We arrived early for our check in & the staff were so helpful in storing our bags & then contacting us when our room was ready which was ready before 2pm. Matteo the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 12 so we were able to store all our belongings safely for the day. It can be hard to figure out where to enter. There’s an awesome coffee shop on the main floor with delicious grape and pistachio croissants. If you are standing at the door by the desserts, look to your right for the panel buzzer on the wall by the black gate. There is an elevator but it’s not large. We could fit in 2 people and one large & one small suitcase but it was tight. Plan on two trips fr multiple bags. There’s a motion sensor light when you get out by the entrance to the guest house - another locked door for more security. Rooms are small and functional with a regular European toilet. The shower was like rain! The bed is comfortable but not soft. If you are looking for North American hotels you won’t find the same level of luxury but the rooms worked very well for us. Location was fantastic! Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

I was a little worried as this is not a traditional hotel with a lobby and such but our experience was truly wonderful. Staff was available on site and offered to look after our luggage since we arrived early. They were always available to answer questions via WhatsApp. Property is extremely well located within walking distance to the Vatican. There is an excellent place for breakfast next door and an excellent place for dinner across the street. Property was very clean and room was spacious for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Regolo Rooms. The rooms are basic, but they are clean and well maintained. They are also in a very safe building in a quiet part of Rome. When we arrived, we were given a map with suggestions of where to go and the best transportation options to get there. It was super helpful to have an idea of an interesting place to visit within walking distance on the afternoon we arrived. The outing definitely helped us with our jet lag, and we also saw a beautiful church, a museum, and breathtaking panoramic views of the area - none of which we would have seen if it weren’t for our host’s guidance. Additionally, my daughter was a bit under the weather, and our host was able to help us find a pharmacy and to get the medicine she needed to be ready for our marathon stay. Finally, and probably most importantly for this girl from the South, our room had a mini-split, so we were able to control the temperature in the room. After walking all over Rome in the heat of the summer, it was so nice to come back to our room and relax in the air conditioning! I would definitely stay here again!

This was beautiful well maintained property, with a staff the that went above and beyond helping us as first time visitors to Italy (special thank you to Emily who actually contacted restaurants for us to find out if they offer gnocchi, which my wife really wanted to try while in Rome!).
