I loved my stay at this place! The location is key the room size is perfect for what we need and the host is very responsive. I noticed only after 2 days that we dis not have AC but a fan was provided but and AC would be great, although we were able to sleep ok. I would definitely recommend this again and would go back.

Great place to rest if you plan on seeing Rome.

An excellent option to avoid the cost of a hotel in Rome. Great location. Room might be small but more than enough if you plan on seeing Rome. Be aware that breakfast is just a coffee and croissant, or similar pastry. While it was nice at a local cafe, I think more could be offered, even if you had to increase the room price per night by a couple of euros. Overall this a perfect place to stay if you do not plan on spending all day in your room/hotel.

Fantastic spot to stay in Rome

Perfect location for seeing Rome, we were right in the middle of all the sights. Great place, very clean, comfortable bed, new fixtures in the bathroom. Security guard is there all the time, so we were able to drop our luggage early. RJ was responsive to questions in a timely manner. Only negatives was a slight musty smell, but you don’t notice that after a minute, and there is no sign outside, so finding it the first time took a bit of searching. All in all it was a great place.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. We could not get the ac to work but we were there in April so it was fine with the window open on the one warm day. Negatives - The shower did not have a shelf to put toiletries and the trash needed to be removed. Location was pretty central, about a 30 minute walk or less to the main attractions. Some odd quirks like the cabinet that was actually a window to outside, but I guess that's how old buildings are! The security allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day so that was really nice. They did not speak English, but I was prepared with Google translate. Would stay here again!

Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out time and he was very nice, and allowed me to leave luggage in my room till I came back in the late afternoon to collect my luggage and return my room key. Very happy with my stay, property was within walking distance to all Rome attractions. Highly recommended.

There is no check in. You're required to have local phone and data plan to receive information. We're lucky that kindness of stranger helped us out. The unit we got was poorly maintained, safety hazard and potential death trap, Expedia should be ashamed to list the property as "luxury apartment" complete false.

They were rude. Me and my friends did not stay there we left and purchase another hotel for a better price and better scenes. We were scared and uncomfortable there. There was no windows at all to see outside and communication was terrible . I am requesting a refund because we didn’t not stay there

They charged me my stay 7 months after on the credit card, while I have payed my stay by cash before leaving. I had shared a chat with the person at the time, and she referred a manager will come the last day so that I can pay. They are now saying they never came when they did. And they are arrausing me with whatsapp messages asking who was the person who came, tall, old, short. As if I will remember what happend 9 months ago. All trouble and super disrespectful. Not organized at all and wanting me to solve the information they dont have or dont recall. The place is good but this 9 months after is very disturbing and dissapointing

Meubles détériorés, paroi de douche en mauvais état, cheveux dans la vaisselle, poignée de porte d entrée cassée... Au moment de payer la taxe de séjour, on nous demande de poser la somme en liquide sur la table, ou sinon d envoyer le numéro de carte avec le code de sécurité à 3 chiffres et le nom du titulaire par un SMS à on ne sait pas trop qui. Le soir de notre arrivée, pas de code, le gardien n'était pas au courant, il a appelé pour savoir si on pouvait rentrer. C était clairement louche, à fuir.

Este apartamento no corresponde a uno de 8/10. Es muy pequeño, una habitacion con cama doble y una cama individual al lado de la cocina. No tiene ventanas, el edificio esta en mal estado, con seguridad que no controla quien entra ni quien sale. Tuvimos que recordarles que nos tenian que enviar las indicaciones sobre cómo entrar al piso porque se habían olvidado. Lo único bueno es su localización y el baño reformado que hay.

Verano en Roma

Todo estuvo muy bien. Un par de cosas que necesité, siempre obtuve respuesta inmediata y solución. Estuve de trabajo 6 días y uno de paseo, un Congreso Mundial. El sitio me quedó perfecto para poder trabajar y descansar también. Silencioso y escondido, perfecto para el verano de Roma. Ofrecen reservarte para que te recojan en aeropuerto, este servicio extra fue genial también.

Tiene seguridad 24 hs. Consigna, no hay un lugar para dejarla. Queda en la entrada donde está el guarda de seguridad, que no se hace responsable. El apartamento mejoraría bastante con un microondasy algún kit de limpieza basica. Agregaría algún espejo .
