My family had a horrible experience at this place. There was no air conditioner. The hotel is dirty and lots of mold. The bathroom had no lighting and no place to put your soap or shampoo. The smell was terrible and the beds seemed broken. The ceiling seemed that had animals crawling all the time. I have never been to a place like that. The location was good but not worthy to try. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Front desk guys were excellent. Had two flights of stairs to reach the lift. My brother is in a foldable wheelchair and they carried it up and down each time for him. Very helpful with directions and calling taxis for us. Would differently stay here again. Breakfast was typical European style.

Hotel velho, muito mau conservado. Cama horrível, muito mole, com colchão nada confortável. Chuveiro quebrado, tive que tomar banho sentado. Móveis da época do império, me senti hospedado em um quarto de um castelo muito antigo. Pessoal da recepção nada simpáticos, café da manhã, quase não existe, só para dizer que tem, mas é um pão com presunto e queijo e uma máquina de café. Ar condicionado que não funcionava. Experiência horrível, porém a localização dele é boa, pra quem vai usar só pra dormir e não se importa com cama confortável, vale a pena.

sehr schönes Mobiliar und großartiger Standpunkt des Hotels. Dennoch war die Badewanne recht gelblich, Duschvorhang hatte Schimmel und allgemein war dieser Geruch im ganzen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war gut!

Location is great for being central to all the sites of Rome and is within easy walking distance of Termini station. Access to the hotel is via Hotel Paris which is round the corner to the Main Street. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a good breakfast selection. Overall this is a fabulous budget hotel and wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Under all kritik. Hotellet var i hemskt skick. Smutsigt, gammalt och schabbigt. Incheckningen skedde inte på anvisad adress utan på hotel Paris. Det luktade mögel och avlopp. Ac fungerade inte. Sängarna var stenhårda och man kände fjädrarna i ryggen. Kuddarna var stenhårda och platta som en pannkaka, därtill var sängstommen trasig. Hade säkert inte blivit bytta sedan hotellet byggdes (vilket kändes som 1910!!?) Frukosten var ytterst undermålig. Det enda bra var läget på hotellet vilket var väldigt nära stationen.

The good parts: The hotel has a great location. The room was spacious and the cleanliness was okay. The woman in the front desk was very kind and brought up the overall experience for us. As for the not so good parts: The AC didn’t work - it made a lot of noise, but could not bring down the temperature and the cleaning staff despite being tipped every day, would turn off the power for our fridge, so that our groceries would spoil. We also came home with a lot of back pain because the beds are really really hard, but that’s pretty normal for hotels. We were overall happy with our stay, but would not choose the same hotel again mainly because of the AC.

Su questo sito la prenotazione risultava ancora aperta perché il check-in era previsto entro mezzanotte, ma l'hotel era chiuso e ha aperto la porta di un secondo albergo il proprietario cinese, che non trovava la prenotazione. Mi ha sistemato in una camera simile a quella prenotata, ma alla mattina si lamenta con una dipendente che secondo lui non c'era e altre osservazioni sulla serietà legata alla regione o alla città italiane di provenienza.

The hotel was is a good location, but it really needs refurbishing. The lift was ridiculously small and had to be manually opened and closed. The rooms needed to be painted and decorated and the building itself was shared with two other hotels. All a bit strange.

There is no way this is a 3* hotel and the picture opposite does not represent the real hotel. Staff indifferent, room was small and dull (316), not sure when the pillows were last changed or cleaned, bathroom tiny, mould on bathroom ceiling, aircon not working, tiny lift that serviced two hotels, need I go on. Expedia should in no way provide this hotel as as option. Has anyone actually visited!
