Great location for us, really perfect spot. Room is fine too, not the cleanest but fine, bathroom has been nicely renovated
The self check in was fast and efficiect. Staff was very quick in respond to questions online.
Downside was you had to pay the tourist tax online with a credit card meaning you had to incur higher credit card conversion rates plus transaction fees.
The room was small, which is to be expected, but very clean and well kept. The bathroom was spacious. The shower stall was large and very clean.
This was a great place to stay! There were lots of restaurants around and the Colosseum was a 10/15 minute walk. It was close to the metro and the train station.
This beautiful stay in Rome was a perfect location right between the Roma train station and the Colosseum. Buses were easily accessible and close by to the hotel. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and easily accessible through WhatsApp. Anything we needed, he answered within seconds. Our room, 104, was spacious and had its own private balcony with chairs and couches. Check-in process was also very easy and efficient as the owner allowed us to check in early. He even provided us with advice and recommendations on where to go in the city. The place was very clean. The elevator was a big plus, especially if you have luggage’s with you. The hotel itself was very secure as we had to put in a code to enter the building, enter the hotel lobby, and enter the room itself. The room also included a safe, which made us feel much more secure, leaving our belongings. Overall, I would 100% recommend this property for vacationing in Rome.
Host was extremely attentive and answered all my questions. Room was very nice with a lot of privacy. Power turned off and on a couple times and wish A/C was colder. All around fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone.
Everything was great. It has everything you need. Location close to metro and 1 metro stop from Termini train station. Comunication with host was excellent and very helpful. Will definetly stay again.

There are some quirks you must get used to in order to apprecaite this property and location.
The room is small and there is some early morning noise from the floor above or other two suites or the common area.
Lots of good, local restaurants. But also some homeless nearby.
Contact and entry are through written directions - building entry, suite entry and any questions, all by social media with owner.
Motion sensors click on and off as you move within the sleeping area or bathroom.
Air conditioning and restaurant recommendations were very helpful. Elevator sometimes in use for extended time, meaning walk up a few flights was only way to our suite.
Booked a double bed, got two singles instead.
Only one word: Excellent!!!!!
The personnel work with love; they assist and give options for any requests. The property is very clean; they have daily cleaning services. There are 4 rooms and a common area with enough space for everyone. The main building is really clean and safe, and has an elevator. It is near everything. I made a mistake taking a rental car; you really don't need one. Nothing is farther than a 20-minute walk (Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, central Rome). It has a kitchen if you ever want to make an easy meal. I recommend the house without hesitation.
A neat and private room with it's own private patio. Easy access to the metro and busses. Limited space for unpacking your luggage. The cleaning service did little more than make the bed. The room got very hot as the aircon wasn't very strong.
Lovely apartment, convenient kitchen (shared with 2 other rooms), lovely outdoor terrace area. Staff are contactable via Whatsapp and were very helpful and responsive when I notified them of a maintenance issue. Excellent variety of dining options just around the corner, conventiently located near one of the Metro stations and walkable to the Roma Termini
The area was very nice. Right next to a park with a fountain and a lot of flowers. Walking distant to an excellent restaurant just a round the corner. Room was very nice and everything worked great. The outside sitting area is very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Overall appartment is nice, in every room thereis a bathroom, teapot and a tea set. The sheet and towels are clean.
We were informed that cleaning will be everyday, but basically only beds and cups were done. The floor and the bathroom were not cleaned every day.
It was wonderful however the messaging from the owner was helpful but extremely overwhelming and bothersome while trying to enjoy our time in the city.
The accommodation was good once we had managed to gain access! The check in and access process needs to be improved urgently. We struggled to initially gain access and had to help other people staying there who also had the same issues when they arrived.
This place was great. A few tips: Get WhatsApp- it is the best way to communicate with management. Be prepared to leave cash for the Tourism tax. Let management know a few days in advance before your arrival. You will need the step-by-step instructions to let yourself in—there is no host on-site to help you. Other than these few quirks, I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. If in Rome again, we will be staying here again!

Not as expected. Shower was dirty and didn’t drain well but mostly we ordered a twin room and got a single double bed. Not a good fit for our situation. Thin walls and could hear others fairly well. Sharing a microwave is a bad call too. The people in the next room were cooking fish.
