Very pleased with there services and how clean they kept the rooms on a daily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options was amazing. The rain station and shopping was super close and convenient… looking forward to staying there again on my next visit. Highly recommended.
Really excellent hotel close to Rome Termini station. Very pleasant front desk staff, spotless and comfortable rooms, restaurants close by and a 400m walk to the Termini station. Excellent value - highly recommend.
The rooms were crisp and clean. The hotels while having historic features had updated facilities. The breakfast was sufficient and bountiful. I would stay there again.
The hotel is minutes walk from Termini station, which is very convenient. The area is nice and quiet. There’s cafes and restaurants close by. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend this hotel
Upon checking in the staff was very helpful. Tool my luggage to the other building where my room was located. FYI - there is the main registration location (as shown in the pics) and about 25 yds further up is the 2nd location. Rooms are nice just not where the breakfast/bar and patio are located. Lots of restaurants near by and the train station within minutes (walking). Actually, Great location.
Very close to the train station, room was great, new, fresh and clean. Bed was stiff but comfortable enough after a long day of sight seeing. Awesome shower. Didn't have the breakfast, but note that if you don't stay at the main property that you will have to walk a block or two in order to get it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Clean room and bathroom, excellent location, welcoming and helpful staff.
Lovely little hotel just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station. Super clean, climate controlled, comfortable beds and excellent amenities - they have thought and provided everything you may need.
The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions for the average tourist but a 15 euro taxi ride solves that. Alternatively, there is a major hub for busses right in front of Termini that can get you places for a little over one euro. If you only have a day or two in Rome, the closeness of the train station (including the airport express train) cannot be ignored.
We loved this hotel!
We were in the building just up the street from the main reception and it was great. Very secure, room cleaned everyday & really comfortable. It is all you need for a stay in Rome. The location is really handy for Termini & we got the lime scooters all over. Definitely recommend
This hotel exceeded my expectations.
The room was compact and a bit noisy, but clean, cozy, and well thought out. The shower, though absolute highlight. The water pressure was exactly what we needed after a full day on our feet exploring the city.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was on point — room cleaned daily without us ever having to ask. That kind of proactive service makes a real difference.
The location seals the deal. Steps from the tram and bus station, which made getting around effortless. Everywhere we wanted to go was easily reachable. I would stay there again.
I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a mixed experience.
Unfortunately, the receptionist was not particularly friendly, welcoming, or helpful. As it was my first time visiting Rome, I asked for some advice on how to get around the city centre. She explained things very quickly, and the interaction felt quite rushed, which was disappointing as I was hoping for a little more guidance and a warmer welcome.
Another thing to be aware of is that the room I stayed in was located around a 3–4 minute walk away from the main hotel. Because of this, it felt more like staying in an apartment rather than having the typical hotel experience. It was a little inconvenient, although whenever I did ask for something, such as water or an iron, the staff were able to provide it.
On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the room was cleaned to a decent standard every day. The location is also excellent, with the metro, shops, cafés, and several restaurants all within very close walking distance, making it easy to get around Rome.
Overall, the location and cleanliness were definitely the highlights of my stay. However, the lack of a warm and helpful welcome, along with the room being in a separate building, took away from the overall hotel experience.
Great location and helpful staff. Room was modern and clean.

The room was okay. We stayed in the remodeled tower. The AC did not work and they couldn’t fix on the same day. The telephone on the room didn’t work. To communicate you have to call WhatsApp or walk 2 blocks to the reception. Is good location just if you need to travel in the morning or be close to Roma Termini. For vacations I do not recommend
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Staff helped with early check in, it was also in a very convenient location next to the metro. It was super easy to get around the city
