Location was Amazing! Right Avis from Colosseum. The room was nice and as pictured. No elevator so had to drag luggage up two flights. The other strange part is you have to leave your key with them any time you left.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Rooms in Rome. The property was clean, beautiful, and exactly as pictured online, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Although we’re not used to accommodations without elevators, the staff went out of their way to help carry our luggage up the stairs, which made a big difference. We also arrived early and were grateful to be able to leave our bags so we could start exploring the city right away. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Plus you are very close to the colosseum.

The room vas very clean, the staff was very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel was a stones throw away from the Colosseum. The Pantheon was a bout a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The Metro station was across from the Colosseum. Places to eat and drink were in no shortage in the area.

The room we had was perfect! Great location right next to the Colosseum, and other historical sites, along with plenty of restaurant choices within a two block radius. So glad we found this gem, and will definitely plan to stay again if we return to Rome.
