Made us walk over 8 blocks to pick up the key and then back to walk to our room when it was already getting dark through construction and dirty streets. No air conditioning. Not a hotel…. It’s like a room rented in an apartment. Don’t be fooled by pictures. Attitude and 0 hospitality. Possibly the worst place we have stayed at in our whole trip.

Worst hotel experience ever. Check in was 7 blocks away, no front desk, no one answering the phone. After 4 hours we get checked in. Get to hotel room, did not match photos, mold growing on walls, filthy, small. Owner was no help and refused any type of refund. Had to refer to Expedia and my credit card company to get money back. Worst hotel experience ever. Do not book. I repeat, do NOT book here.

Definitely misleading pictures and hotel name was different. Received a message to check in at a Completely Different address. Difficult to access reception. The young man at the receotion kindky walked us over a half kilometer to where we were to stay. NOT what we paid for or reserved. A bouncing bed. No glass to drink from. Missing hooks on the wall. A dungeon of a room. Poor patchy walls and filthy looking. The location was good but it was not what we reserved.

Very rude staff. Our hot water didn't worked for 4 out of our 6 days. They wouldn't fixed the water on time and didn't react to our messages. The chamber was very dusty and not clean at all. The shower was only working with cold water and the airco wasn't working. Besides that the door to the hall couldn't close so almost every night there were drunk screaming persons in the hall. If you can cancel your order I would do it.

Situación muy buena .Habitación pequeña con ducha muy pequeña todo muy limpio.aunque todo esto se encuentra en un edificio muy antiguo sin recepción.El día que llegamos no nos esperaba nadie a pesar que el día antes confirmamos nuestra llegada y hora. Después de pasar un tiempo esperando ,un hombre de la zona nos llamo a alguien relacionado con la habitación que quería que fuéramos a buscar las llaves a otro lugar en la ciudad a lo cual nos negamos. Al final alguien vino con las llaves, Nos pareció muy poco serio.

The first night was a bit rough – we got there late after our flight and there was a mixup with our room. Someone met us at the front door and walked us about 10 minutes to another location. He was very helpful and nice, but it was a little inconvenient/nerve wracking. He did not charge us a late check in fee because of the confusion. The next morning we had to switch to another room, which was a little bit of a problem with check-out time from the first room because we had a scheduled tour. Overall, the room was small but nice and it was clean. I would stay there again, but definitely recommend getting there during the scheduled check in time for a smoother experience. Good location, near the metra.

Diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist total beengt, abgewohnt, schmutzig, stärker Schimmelbefall, Löcher in Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Niemals wieder!!!!

What a disappointment. The room wasn't clean. There was a half eaten sandwich left in the fridge. The doorknob fell off in our hand. The doorknob was broken the entire stay. Room was hot and couldn't leave the window open because it was too loud. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. No front desk and very difficult to contact when needed. Someone was pounding on the door at 11:30 P.M. Ran out of toilet paper. No help for Expedia either.

Great location.

Firstly this is not a hotel. This is an apartment with four rooms in it. Providing you understand this and the price you pay reflects this you will not be disappointed. Excellent location next to the Vatican. Safe neighbor hood, the street is very busy and noisy but I think this is just Rome. There is a private garden within the apartments also deafening with bird song. Our room was clean, comfortable and basic, it had a fridge, kettle, no cups and no safe. The bathroom was lovely but tiny, not a shower cubical for a larger person. Sita cleaned our room each day and as the only staff we saw, was kind and helpful ( thank you Sita). Luckily she helped us on arrival but fellow guests had trouble checking in. Overall I was happy and would stay again provided as I said the price is reflective of the accommodation.

Won't stay second time

We came at 2 and could not get in. A woman from the same building noticed our frustration and called the number we gave her and the guy came after 10-15 mins. The room was'n comfortable, but it was clean. There was an almost empty container of soap and no any refill.

Schimmel, Check-in an anderem Ort & kein Hotel

Das ist kein Hotel. Wir wurden von der dubiosen Vermittlerfirma "White Vatican" in einer anderen Adresse untergebracht. Die Wände waren schimmlig, daneben ein Fitnessstudio das bis spät in die Nacht laut war. Völlige Abzocke und ich hab mir nicht viel von einer Billigunterkunft erwartet.

Sehr gute Lage nahe U-Bahn und Vatikan

Das Zimmer war gut und sauber mit Balkon zu einem schoenen Gartenhof, aber die Tueren und die Waende waren sehr duenn, und man hoerte jedes Gerausch von den Nachbarn. Aber Gott sei dank haben alle auf die Nachtruhe geachtet. Und unser Aufenthalt in Rom war gelungen, danke!

Quartier décevant

Des notre arrivés, nous avons du nous rendre dans un autre "hotel" pour s'enregistrer et par la suite obstenir les clés de l'autre hotel situé à peu près à 600 mètres. Cela n'est indiqué nul part c'est la surprise dès l'arrivée. L'hôtel est en réalité des apparaments dans lesquels les chambres sont séparés. Très mal isolés, on entends le moindre bruit. De plus, le chauffage était en panne dans le sens ou nous ne pouvions plus baisser la température, ducoup il faisait une chaleur insoutenable. Petit déjeuné compris totalement faux nous avons eu le droit à aucun petit déjeuné. Quelques points positifs tout de même, propreté de la chambre, le ménage est fait tout les matins, impeccable. Bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel grâce à la station métro octaviano situé a 250metres de l'hotel.
