Vittoriano Suite was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. It was in a central location for all of the spots we wanted to visit and we felt very safe. The rooms were very well maintained and had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast + cappucino each morning was delicious, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay again!
The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful the breakfast was also great and had many options and the view was really nice! I loved the cleanliness.
We had a pleasant stay. Super close to everything. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. They are very responsive on WhatsApp. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out while we wait for our next destination travel. Highly recommend!
They were INCREDIBLy helpful with our pre-trip inquiries. And, kept our bags after check out to accommodate a day trip we had booked. Location was top notch.
Hotel is wonderfully located. Lots of tourist attractions, shops and restaurants just minutes walking distance from the door. The lift in the building is very small, hard to carry luggage up and down, not stroller friendly, but all manageable. Cleaning staff are on top of things, reception very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay!
The location of the hotel is very important and within walking distance you can see so much in history of Room . Great place to stay in the historical area. Good breakfast great and helpful staff clean rooms
It was wonderful from the moment we checked in. The room was so clean, the view was amazing. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast every morning. But above everything, the staff is what makes this a special place!! We would come back and recommend our friends to stay!!
The hotel was in an amazing location, but there are serious drawbacks to this property. There is no reception so arrival/check-in at 4pm took around 45mins, which is way too long of a wait when it's 100 degrees outside and you're paying around $300/night. On top of that, the hotel was unresponsive to our messages that our shower and security safe were both broken. I understand our stay was during the high-season, but at $300/night you expect basic necessitites like your shower and safe to work. Breakfast staff was lovely, I would give them 5 stars, but the breakfast itself was pretty so-so. Overall wouldn't stay here again.
Simple, comfortable accommodation, excellent location 15-20 mins walk from all the attractions (25 mins from the Vatican). Staff very helpful - would definitely recommend.
Good location only a 5 minute walk to the Forum. Only 20 min taxi ride from train station. Older building but rooms are well maintained and fresh enough feeling . Eating area a little cramped but nice breakfast, great croissants and meat / cheese , fruit and cappuccinos . 15 min walk to trastavere Recommend on a budget which we were by the time we splurged across Italy . Friendly staff and helpful with taxis and bag storage
We had a wonderful stay at the Vittoriano Suite in Rome. The location is perfect for a first trip to Rome - it is an easy walk to the Colosseum and many other sites, and easy to walk to most of Rome from there, buses available too. The hotel is in an old building with no sign on the door, feels very authentic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made sure that our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious for my family and the breakfast was perfect - coffee and cappuccino made special for each guest, hard boiled eggs and meat and cheese and yogurt for the adults and pastries for the kids. We would love to stay again and would recommend this for any travelers to Rome, especially families.
This hotel was amazing for three reasons. First, the location was INCREDIBLE, right across the street from Monumento a Vittorio. We walked to Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and shopping. EASILY! Second, the staff was amazing and informative. Third, the room was spacious and spotless!
Worth noting: like everything in Rome, the building is ancient. You enter through a massive door with virtually no signage. The bottom floor is empty, so it feels weird. The lobby is on the second floor and feels more like a college dorm. Once you get to the room, you will be pleased. Our room was exceptional.
Everyone for our stay here super nice. Rooms perfect for a family of five. Breakfast delicious but the staff here excellent service super nice and helpful. Would definitely come back.
The staff is amazing, breakfast was very good! Location was everything, close to all the touristic points maximum 30 minutes walking. Room was clean! Very happy with our stay in Vittoriano Hotel.
