"Our couples group of 8 senior golfers stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience at the Larix. It’s a very quaint and cosy hotel with a lot of history in a great location. Although the rooms are on the small side, they were very comfortable. Everything else was outstanding. The staff all went out of their way to help and the continental breakfast was amazing. Top it off with free cookies, coffee, tea, juice and water and it was a great value as well. The main sitting area was very comfortable and perfect for our group get togethers. No elevator and smallish rooms were more than offset by the many outstanding benefits, features and helpful staff."

"Everything was wonderful. The hot tub was low on water so best to check it when you get there if you are planning on using it. Use of the garage was a bonus so we didn't need to unpack the golf clubs every day. "

"Very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor patio. Megan also responded quickly and check in and check out was easy. Only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the cleaner missed taking out the trash and recycling, and the instant coffee (my parents prefer it over regular coffee), and hot chocolate were out, and it seemed like the people before us didn’t wash a few of the plates, they just put them back in the cupboard after use. Just some things hopefully the host will check for in the future. She did offer to come take out the trash, but didn’t say much about the things that were out. Hopefully they’ll be replaced for next time! Overall, very nice stay."
