  • Our home very close to Rotorua CBD. In the peaceful neighbourhood of Tihi-O-Tonga with uninterrupted views over Rotorua city and the Rotorua lake. A 5 minute bike ride to the world renowned Redwood Mountain Bike.Access from home garden to Tihiotonga Centennial Park. which is a huge area planted and landscaped with lovely walks. including the addition of a BBQ, toilet, picnic tables, Maple Grove and Peace Memorial.

    Open kitchen dining room, spacious and bright living room, three bedroom on upstairs. One bedroom with superking size bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with 2 long single beds.
    One room downstairs has queen bed, also has one bathroom and separate toilet.
    Washing machine and dryer laundry. Towels and linens are included.
