Despite already having paid for my reservation, the hotel required me to pay again directly, assuring me that the duplicate charge would be refunded within a couple of days. I agreed under those conditions in order to check in, but it has now been over a week and I have not received any refund or clear resolution. This situation is very concerning and creates a lack of trust. As a customer, you expect proper coordination between the hotel and the booking platform. It is not acceptable for the customer to bear the burden of such issues, especially without any follow-up or accountability. I would recommend being very cautious when booking here and confirming directly with the hotel in advance to avoid similar problems."

"Hotel central AC was turned off, we were sweating the room. I was offered a different room on the assumption that the air would work there, just to find out from the maintenance guy that the whole thing was turned off and they were not allowed by management or owner to turn it on. Front desk offered a fan and said that if I opened the window it should be OK. Hotel is advertised with AC in the rooms, if they are not going to turn it on you should be adviced before making a reservation. Just like when a pool is closed for renovations for example. "
