"Es hieß vom Personal, dass dort Parkplätze sind was nicht der Fall war weshalb wir extra Geld zahlen mussten für ein Parkhaus. Das Waschbecken im Bad war kaputt. Es hing gefährlich runter. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Die Lage war gut. Ich würde euch abraham otel eher empfehlen, wenn ihr eine Unterkunft in Urfa sucht, denn dort ist das Personal netter und es hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und ist viel sauberer sowie angenehmer und besser in jeder Hinsicht."

On the morning of our departure we had an issue getting the car out of the garage because it was closed and we had a flight to catch so it was stressful. Hotel helped us get the car out.
