"The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. Just get the bus schedule and be aware that the schedules can change and is not as clear. Ask the drivers to be sure. Our host Michele was very helpful to show and point the area and where to go. Thank you Michele, until next time."

"Staff is great, room was clean and they have access to a laundry room. There are fees for the laundry room, but it can be very convenient. The best part of this hotel is how nice the staff is and how welcoming they are."

The property is private and enclosed by natural rainforest vegetation so you get the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being walking distance from downtown and restaurants.
