"the room was clean but wallpaper coming off mirror by toilet was broken bed was clean hotel next door left abandoned kids druggies go in it and can hear them smashing the place up inside everyday just kept hearing laughing then bang bang something smashed getting in from around the back and metal fence"

"Wanting a lovely weekend away with my wife to be, having a not so pleasant experience. Our first room we was given was dirty and not maintained at all to a good cleanliness standard at all. Complain at reception they did upgrade us to another room however this was still dirty and not what i was expecting at all. Would never return again."

"Long wait to check in only one receptionist . This is an old hotel that is trying to survive on the bare minimum..would not recommend it. It is a dump. I was overcharged $900 for one night still trying to get it back."

"We were disappointed in the hotel - the basics were not catered for at all! For example - no hand soap, no room cleaning, despite asking twice and we stayed for 3 nights. Heating was barely coping - we had to ask for a portable heater to warm up a freezing room. Overall I would never recommend this place for the price - we’ve stayed in many hotels around Blackpool and this was one of the worst"
