"All in all a really good hotel. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, good signage to the various buildings. Spacious room. Curtains were a bit dirty and depending on who was room maid each day, replacements were hit & miss. Their online reservation system did not properly work when I extended by a night which was a bit of an ordeal. "

"Everything was necessary, it was inconvenient that there was no access to the kettle at night to make tea. And the blanket does not correspond to the temperature regime for March. I was cold all night and the next morning I started coughing. Breakfast is not a big choice, but this minimum is enough, especially on Sundays, when all cafes are closed."

"There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed."
