"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "Beautiful riad in a perfect location in the medina. Close to the outer walls, convenient for airport drop off and pick up. We also booked two activities and were picked up about 5 minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Spotless room and relaxing communal areas. There is a tourist tax on departure which we didn’t know about but less than £20 for 4 nights."
