"The lobby was like walking into a bad horror movie. There was outdated furniture, messy and next to a worn out looking staircase, which was you only option to get upstairs to your rooms - NO ELEVATOR! I had to drag my bags up the stairs. The kid at the front desk offered to wait while I decided whether I wanted to stay there or find another hotel at midnight and after I had already paid for the room on the app. I am glad I was disabled, because I didn't see any mention of the elevator or lack there of, and he wasn't offering to help me get my bags upstairs. However, once I was in the room, it was very clean, spacious, with decent bedding and a comfortable mattress. I was also a little concerned about my vehicle, because there were several people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot, but nothing to report."

"First impression wasn’t great. A few of the windows had broken blinds on them. The house smelled like weed when we walked in. We had to air it out. There were two burn stains on the coffee table. The couch had so many stains on it that we never sat on it. It made us question the cleanliness of the bedroom. The sheets smelled clean. The pillows were awful. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows and blanket. Overall, it was fine. We were only booked for a one night stay. It served its purpose but I would not recommend to others. "

"Absolutely incredible place. The yurt was perfect and easily fit 5 grown men COMFORTABLY. Facilities were outstanding with warm, clean bathrooms being a very short walk away, the same distance as the outdoor shower. I described my shower there as "A top 5 shower of my life" as it was warm outside, the water was hot and I was surrounded by the breathtaking nature of East Tennessee. Got to meet the owner and he was a joy to speak to and willing to meet any needs that we may have had. Overall, this place was amazing and perfect for what me and my group needed, would recommend this place to anyone either passing through Knoxville or staying for a few days!"

"They must’ve double booked and not made us aware. After driving through a snowstorm and arriving at 2:30 am, we were met with a locked door and eventually, people peeking out behind the blinds staring at us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host gave us code to home and then proceeded to ignore our messages when unable to enter property."
