"There was supposed to be a hottub it was permanently closed. There was not breakfast or at least not at 6am as expected, in fact even the lobby coffee wasnt out by 6am so i could grab some on my way to work. The staff was nice enough to allow me an early check in when i explained i worked 3 shift and just needed to sleep before going back to work. Also made sure I was not on side they were doing construction on. However the side i did get put on had a dog that never stopped barking. But hey he tried. "

"When we got to the non smoking room it smelled of nothing but cigarette smoke. Checked the sheets and bed linens there was blood on those…told the front desk, they moved us. The new room they put us in had blood on the shower curtain and the room was just icky. Definitely will spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else. "

"Absolutely incredible place. The yurt was perfect and easily fit 5 grown men COMFORTABLY. Facilities were outstanding with warm, clean bathrooms being a very short walk away, the same distance as the outdoor shower. I described my shower there as "A top 5 shower of my life" as it was warm outside, the water was hot and I was surrounded by the breathtaking nature of East Tennessee. Got to meet the owner and he was a joy to speak to and willing to meet any needs that we may have had. Overall, this place was amazing and perfect for what me and my group needed, would recommend this place to anyone either passing through Knoxville or staying for a few days!"
