"This couples Hotel had a lot of great ammenities and a great price. Non-smoking room did smell of smoke and there weren't a lot of places to go to within a 15 minute walk besides the pachinko parlor."

"We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed. "
"Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again. "
"This was a excellent stay !! The room is a bit smale but most of them are aha, and you will be out an ablut and there location is perfect walking distance from the train and great places ! Quick walk to shensikai !!"
"Great hotel, the only regret is that we just stayed one night.
The room was spacious and very clean.
Free shuttle services to Osaka Station and Universal Studios help a lot to move around as the hotel is a bit far from the city center and the park.
And the buffet breakfast was superb! Plenty of food options and chef making your own homelete to your like.
Great hotel, 100% recommended!"
"A really good price, the rooms were clean and air conditioned. We came after the reception was closed but it was very easy to check in online and enter through another the side door. You can hear the trains running frequently but they are not loud and didn't impact sleep at all."
