The Grand America Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We love this hotel, we always stop when transiting between Seattle and Denver. The room and beds so comfortable. They have nice soap, shampoo and conditioner, not the pumps all the hotels are converting to. The coffee is Nespresso, our favorite, as well as quality teas. We really like the Laurel restaurant, they make a fantastic martini, and the food is very good. The staff throughout the hotel is so happy to help."

"Lovely well maintained room at the little America hotel in the Garden section. Desk staff and valet very friendly / helpful. Access is confusing with hard to find stairs and elevator. Found two other people wandering confused too. No signage visible. Just dragged our suitcase. Wasn't too thrilled with the coffee shop. Dried out halibut and baked potato was clochy. Good green beans. "Homemade"Apple pie was worse that the cheap grocery type. Tram out front to take to shopping mall is free in a certain area."

"Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Bathrooms spotless, carpets clean, fridge clean, beds clean. Great comfy beds and pillows. Good warm breakfast and nice staff. I have been traveling a lot lately and this was the cleanest hotel I’ve been to this year."
