"The staff was helpful and the property was clean, but there were a few issues with the room. 1) The water drained very slowly in the shower which caused the shower to flood with water when using it. 2) Often, the hot water was only slightly warm, and rarely it would be hot, then become slightly warm again, so showers were a little uncomfortable. 3) The room had no heating, so they were a little cold. 4) There's also no key to enter the hotel front gate, you have to hit a buzzer and someone will unlock the front gate, which was not convenient. This was an inexpensive hotel, so you get what you pay for. If you don't want to spend much and can tolerate the inconveniences, then this place can work."

"Very nice spot in a great and safe street with every convenience you may need. Private room was excellent and clean and cozy. Not loud at all. Amazing rooftop where you get discount purchases and if you have 0 plans they have trips planned for you! Staff was incredible and laundry was an awesome plus!!! We LOVED it here. Couldn’t recommend more."

"This hotel is truly a gem. From the decor to the location to the wonderful staff, we had a wonderful stay. It has a great rooftop bar with amazing views and the dinner we had their restaurant was one of the best meals we had on our 17 days in Ecuador. The breakfast was top notch too. The hotel is gorgeous and you are right in the historic center with so much beautiful architecture right at your door step. The staff went above and beyond with helping us get settled and provided us with a lovely welcome drink and appetizer. They also gave us a small bottle of wine and chocolates. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"
