"What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just fine. We would stay here again!"
"Our room, 215, was very noisy, so next time we will ask for a room that faces toward the fountain. Otherwise, we love staying here. It is convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and my mom. We love the fountain and pool, too.

"We had a fabulous visit with our son! Such a great property and the hosts were amazing! The home was beautifully appointed and the sunsets each evening were spectacular! "
"We booked for two nights and were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and proximity to the pier. The partial ocean view was better than many hotels with full ocean views (the room was spacious with a full size refrigerator and nice kitchenette), with a direct view of the pier and beach.
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only negative comments I have are the parking, which is limited and extremely tight, and the narrow stairs which lead to the office and rooms. People with injuries or disabilities might have issues accessing the rooms because the hotel is built into the hillside (as all of them in the area are).
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Seahorse Resort."
"We came for a relaxing long weekend and accomplished this mission! The condo is greatly located within walking distance to beach, coffee and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony!The Hosts have soooooo many amenities on site from bikes to beach gear. The most I have ever seen in a VRBO. The hosts also have start ups like coffee, soap, toilet paper etc. It was a great stay! Felt very safe and loved the sound of the waves crashing after the beach went to sleep.
