"The property was nice and clean. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle on Expedia but didn’t respond to my request via app to book the shuttle so I had to call them and they said they did not in fact have a shuttle. I’m an elderly woman travelling solo so I was really nervous to arrive at the Oaxaca airport in case taxis were unsafe, as I’ve experienced in other countries. Fortunately it was OK but I would have chosen a hotel with a shuttle and avoided the stress if I hadn’t been misinformed."

"Hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and city attractions. We appreciated the walkability to many places. Welcome drink was a nice bonus and the hotel staff was amazing. We did not love the location of our room at the back corner of the hotel, or the size of the room. We felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice place to stay central for a few nights."
