From the welcome at the front desk, the guided tour of amenities on the way to our room and the handwritten note of thanks made us feel like we were visiting friends. The hotel itself was perfectly located within downtown Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and shops easily. We will definitely be back with friends and family!"
