The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment features high ceilings and a welcoming living space, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, whether you want to relax with a book, enjoy a conversation, or take in the scenic views of Miramar through the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
Designed for both convenience and functionality, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The open layout allows you to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while cooking, making it a perfect space for sharing breakfast, lunch, or dinner with family or friends.

We recommend using Uber for transportation within San Juan, as it is the most convenient option. If you plan to explore areas outside of the city, renting a car is advisable, as taxis and ride-sharing services may be harder to find in more remote locations. While the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot in front of the building, and street parking is available nearby.
The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain services during occasional power or water outages. However, interruptions due to the electric company’s service may still occur. If an outage lasts more than three hours, guests may request a refund for unused nights.
The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator. Additionally, there is no designated parking, but street parking is available, and a parking lot is located in front of the building. Please note that a nightclub operates below the building on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, which may result in some noise during those evenings.
