About this property

Urban Paradise

  • A unique property of 3/4 acre where you can enjoy nature in the city. Just 5 minutes from the airport, beaches, restaurants and night life. Short commute to Old San Juan and even El Yunque Rainforest. The main house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with capacity for 16 guests. Guest house has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and a bath. Heated pool, cinema, gazebo, pool table and basketball. Additional guests allowed for a separate fee. Great family/friends place with lots of room for fun!!!

    Heated pool, home cinema, gazebo, pool table, outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Enormous living room, kitchen and dining room. Great outdoors and plenty of space. 3/4 of acre.

    Guest can use the entire place. Gate code and lockbox code to be provided for easy access to the property
