This beachfront apartment is bright and airy with an ambience of simple elegance. There are 2 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 bathrooms, eye-catching beach and ocean views from every room, and a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Isla Verde beach. The apartment dining and living room areas are open to the balcony. A refreshing sea breeze flows through the apartment when the balcony doors are open.

The apartment is located in the Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) Tower

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests configured as follows:
Master bedroom: one king-sized bed for 2 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen-sized bed for 2 guests.
Living area: sofa bed for 1 guest.
All rooms have full-size closets with a desk area in the master suite.
Each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning units.
Flat-screen cable televisions are located in the master suite and living room.
There is free WiFi internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry.
Kitchen items include a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware.

For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

Starter Kit: We provide a "welcome set" of essentials to get your vacation started comfortably (1 bodywash, 1 shampoo, 2 paper towels -per bathroom, paper towel, dish soap, sponge, 2 garbage bags and small amount of laundry detergent). The property is equipped with freshly laundered linens and towels. We offer 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels, no handtowels), 1 beach towel per guest. NO BEACH CHAIRS, NO COOLER, NO UMBRELLA. You can rent them as needed in the beach entrance.


Before arrival, please provide the name of the guests, copy of their IDs and ETA. You will receive check-in instructions the same day of your arrival at 3:30pm. Welcome to your vacation home!

Overall our stay was pleasant. The property was clean. Air-conditioning worked good but we were still warmish. It was a hot June. The power went out on our last night to no fault of the owners, which made it even warmer. There is no oven to cook in; again that was my mistake, I thought there was and didn’t look properly. The security were very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again.

The property was centrally located and we had great restaurants all around us. We only had one faub to get in and out of the gated areas which was very difficult if we wanted to go different places. The inside was very clean but the outside of the building needs to be updated. Overall, a pretty good trip.

Nice place. Everything was updated nicely. The beach and pool are right out the back door. The property is right in the middle of everything. There are restaurants , drug stores, grocery stores, all within walking distance. You don't even really need a car if you don't want to rent one. You don't need it. But there are a couple of car rentals within walkind distance if you need one. Definitely coming back.

Get Ready to Enjoy the Beach!

Excellent property for a relaxing and fun week at the beach! A couple of good restaurants along the beach to grab breakfast, lunch and drinks. Chair and umbrella rental is right outside the condo and reasonably priced. It was wonderful to return to the condo as the air con worked beautifully throughout. Close to grocery store & drug store for quick purchases. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the beach towels, make sure there is hand soap in both bathrooms and fix ceiling fan in primary bedroom. We will definitely return to this property again!

First time to the Island

First timers: Condo was clean and ready like they promised. Master bedroom AC is broke, they have a portable unit helping it cool. Bedroom was cool but nothing like the other rooms. Beach is busy but very nice, rented umbrellas for $10 a day and rented loungers for $4 a day. Condo has 2 beach chairs. We didn’t get all 6 beach towels, glad we brought our own. We rented a car and it was easy parking under the building in a secure area. We will come back again but maybe try another side of the island. Thanks for letting us stay. We had 6 in the condo.

Recent girls weekend

The key code provided for the lock box was incorrect and we were unable to enter the condo until facility staff stepped in and found the correct key code to the lock box. Two calls to the property owner went unanswered. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The lock on both doors was difficult to lock/unlock. No hand towels were found in the room. We found 1 washcloth. Towels were adequate. Other than the arrival being difficult due to incorrect code for the lock box to obtain the keys to the condo and difficult door locks, it was overall very nice.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful view and great location. We were a group of 5 adults. Two slept in each bed and one on the pullout couch. Overall we were in the best location for the beach. The crowds were overwhelming by El San Juan hotel and all of the seaweed seems to collect and stay on that end of the stretch of beach being Isla Verde. Our location was seaweed free, crowd free and an easy walk to restaurants and the El San Juan Hotel where we enjoyed day passes to the pool and amenities. The apartment had an amazing ocean view balcony, and full ocean view in both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and AC worked perfectly. We were easily able to go down to the beach everyday to secure spots with $4 lounge chairs and $10 large umbrellas. Once you set up your spot you could leave things behind safely and take walks down the beach or go for swims. Would definitely stay here again, staff was very helpful and friendly and so were locals. Only suggestion would be more key fobs to get in and out of building so we don’t have to keep leaving the beach to let each other back in to the building as we were only given one key with Fob. Otherwise excellent communication with the host and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend Maria for a future stay or to friends.

Great location but poor response from host

We stayed for a week, with an island-wide power outage for nearly 3 days. The condo had battery powered lanterns and the building opened a room that had generator power for people to charge their phones (and we used the microwave there). The condo would benefit from having some rechargeable fans, as that would have helped on those hot, sleepless nights without AC and only one window stayed open in our room. On the 3rd day w/o power, the host called and offered to move us to a 1 bed apt across the road that had AC. Fortunately, power was restored before we had to do that.Overall, the condo was great, exactly as pictured. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, 5-6 beach towels and 6 shower towels. It had some rolls of toilet paper and paper towel to get you started. There was a decent selection of spices as well, but you’ll need to shop for your own. There were multiple sets of keys and fobs for the grounds. We had no issues with check in or getting into the lock box. The kitchen was decently stocked, had sharp knives and basic supplies, minus an oven. The washer worked ok, but the dryer was useless, except to dry the very lightest items. There was a laundromat downstairs. Communication with the property management team was virtually non-existent. They never replied to a single message, until after our trip. The garage key fob didn’t work and we had to get the poor security people to open up for us every time, all week. Nice grounds, cold pool.

Green Island Realtor was very good property manager and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The apartment was furnished well but the cooking utensils were somewhat lacking. Apartment lacks a toaster oven.
