The Space:

Tucked inside a gated property on a quiet residential street in Condado, this ground-floor two-bedroom apartment is a relaxed, design-forward base for couples, friends or a small family, about a 7-minute walk from the beach. Sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with 1 full bathroom.



Living and dining: an airy open space with terrazzo floors, a hand-painted mural, a vintage-style record player, a large smart TV and a round dining table for four. A desk with a monitor sits at the far end for remote work.

Kitchen: a full kitchen with a gas range, oven, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware and wine glasses.

Bedrooms: two queen bedrooms with rattan headboards, split A/C, bedside lamps and curtains you can close for full privacy. Open closets with hanging rails and drawers make longer stays easy.

Bathroom: one full bathroom with a shower and vessel sink, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Outdoors: the shared pool, framed by a wooden pergola, tropical plants, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella, is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. A communal laundry room with washer and dryer is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and beach chairs and towels are ready for the walk to the sand.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is self-service via keypad codes for both the property gate and your unit door, so you're free to arrive on your own schedule. Three dedicated parking spaces are available on-site, accessed via Calle Luisa.

Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
