"Excellent place for the family! The kids loved the train passing by. All of the amenities were great. Hot springs and grocery store were very close which were major bonuses. Not too far from town and not too far from Purgatory. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely one of the better managed vacation rentals we’ve stayed at."

"Our stay in Mike and Debbie’s cabin was wonderful! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and had little touches like welcome snacks by the coffee bar and blankets to use on cool mornings/evenings. It was a short drive to Durango for activities and had the most beautiful view of the Mountains. Our family loved the pool table, game room and hot tub as a great escape from screens and time together. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This is an amazing property and we really enjoyed our stay. The sleeping configuration worked well for our family(6 adults and 7 kids).The outdoor spaces were really nice and the property is well equipped for large groups.The routine cleaning was good but some of periodic deep cleaning that a home needsreally needs attention. The outer bedding linens need replacing due to regular washing, they look a little tired. Even with these negatives we would stay here again. It is truly a lovely property."

"This was the perfect place for a girls trip. Could not recommend this place more!! Lovely views, great common areas, and close to Durango! Only issue was one of the AC units did not work and no repairman was available for our entire stay. We made due with lots of fans provided by the property. Otherwise, everything was great!! We thoroughly enjoyed the common areas and outdoor space. Thank you!"
