"Klein aber fein. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Herrliche Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon. Nur die Parkplatzsuche war am späten Freitag Abend schwierig, weil gefühlt die halbe Jugend der Toscana nach San Miniato in den Ausgang geht."

"Amazing hotel, location and staff"

"Gastvrouw was zeer behulpzaam. We kwamen zeer laat aan, maar dat was geen probleem. Zwembad is semi-openbaar.Lokale bevolking claimt soms stoelen; andere huurder werd minder vriendelijk verzocht de ligstoel waarop ze lag af te staan. Helaas deed de airco bij aankomst het niet. De volgende dag door technici opgelost. Lokatie is brandschoon. Ontbijt is redelijk, vers brood hebben we niet gezien Hartig beleg is zeer beperkt. "Was completely perfect"

"We booked this by chance on the last day of the season and it did not disappoint. The level of warmth and responsiveness made our stay very enjoyable. From recommending and booking our restaurant reservations, to a wonderful breakfast and spa experience, this turned out to be a stay we wouldn’t forget."

"Excellent lodging, the people in charge are a love, it feels like being in the family when sleeping there."

"The hotel is beautiful. Well apointed. Super fashionable. High end. Clean. Fantastic jacuzzi & amenities. Fun artful merchandise for sale. Bought some great gifts for the family. Our host Antonio was the perfect gentleman. Friendly & helpful. Great restaurant with view of the city or eat in the piazza. Highly recommend. We will be back next summer."

"Amazing stay very good very beautiful"

"This property was comfortable and very clean. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"This hotel is centrally located right in Piazza SM Novella and just minutes walking distance from the train station. I opted for the breakfast which was a buffet with plenty of options. My only negative issue is that my room was tiny! And it was a room for two (double). If you have more than a small luggage, you'll find it close to impossible."

"Great location. Just 5-7 minute walk to the Duomo and a few minutes more to the Ponte vecchio. Restaurants up the street. The train station a 5 min walk. Breakfast was outstanding. I looked forward to the tarts and Cappuccinos every morning. Room was comfortable, very clean with a shower in the tub. This may be difficult for people with disabilities as you have to climb over the tub. Mattress was outstanding. I slept well. Staff accomodating, helpful and friendly. I would come here again"
