"There was no ventilation fan. The room was clean but the shower room was a little old. We had a quiet night. There were times when the communication was poor. It takes 15 minutes from the nearest station, but there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, so it's convenient."

Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely the best we have experienced (fresh fruit and vegetables including ginger for the juicer, even), the art decor remarkable and the room clean and well-appointed. The location - literally two blocks from the M2 metro, surrounded by many restaurants, basically on the canal and within a reasonable walk to the Duomo - is perfect. Highly recommended."

"Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes. "

"Very easy communication with Giovanna, who personally welcomed us and showed us the ropes. Tiny but neat "blue" apartment, true to Milanese city living. Walls are thin, part of the Italian experience. Walkability is awesome, few minutes of gentle stroll to the Navigli, gelaterias, restaurants and bars galore. Close to the Da Vinci museum as well. Overall pleasant stay, recommend highly."
