The Passage is in a central location, nearly brand new inside, very clean, beds were comfortable, modern and clean bathrooms. The pricing was a bit high given how much hotels were charging in San Sebastián but I am not complaining, All members of my family really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend The Passage Apartments.

The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was close enough to the restaurants and shopping, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was clean, updated and well-appointed. There was staff onsite but we did not need assistance. The check-in process was smooth. Excellent communication. I did ask for assistance in obtaining a car service. Management gladly arranged it for us. We felt safe in the area.

One of the most beautiful apartments I stay in, clean, with all the amenities needed for a 5+days stay, accessible, spacious in the center of everything, a lot of restaurants nearby and two blocks away from the beach.

Great space and location!!! Could have used some pillows in living area as couch was low and chairs firm. We were pleased with the equipment in kitchen. Printed instructions in English for washing machine would have been a bonus but we did discover how to use after googling .

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication.
