"Great place to stay, it’s pretty spacious. Nice neighborhood. I love that it’s right next to a grocery store and lots of food options on the main street. NOT A BIG DEAL but I would recommend an A.C in the living room because it was super hot there and the fans weren’t enough. Also, the A.C in one of the rooms is placed right above the bed. I kept feeling drops of water fall on my head while I was laying in bed so I had to turn it off at night before I went to sleep. Again not a big deal to me, I still liked the place and would deff stay there again."

"Excellent location, close to the convention center, major tourist attractions, and surrounded by great restaurants. The hotel offers excellent facilities and services, a very good breakfast, and a comfortable atmosphere. What truly stands out is the exceptional attention and hospitality of the staff, who are always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Santiago de los Caballeros. Highly recommended!"
