"Accommodating staff, checked us in at 1pm without hesitation even though usual check in was 3pm. Room didn’t have any view but was clean, modern and spacious. Comfy bed, enjoyed a burger at Andy’s also in SkyCity and went for breakfast at the Fed over the road. Super location."

"The room was great, very comfy bed and everything was clean. The coffee machine was good too. What really let it down was the service. We ordered room service, and after an hour of waiting I called and they said it would be another 35 minutes! I asked them to bring the drinks in the meantime and they said okay but never did. After 35 minutes I called again and it all arrived together in 5. An update or warning on the wait would have been good, as we would have gone to the bar instead had we of known. The staff also never apologised for the wait. We weren't asked how our stay was on leaving. "
