Types of Refusal and Methods of Contribution
Wet (Organic)
What should be put in: food scraps, vegetables, bread, eggshells, coffee grounds, dirty napkins.
Where: in a compostable bag.
How to display: in the brown tub, tightly closed to avoid animal damage.
Undifferentiated Dry
What should be put: non-recyclable items such as sponges, pens, razors, cosmetics, synthetic bedding, etc.
Where: in a neutral gray or transparent bag (the use of black bags is prohibited).
How to display: tightly closed, without rigid containers.
Glass and Aluminum
What should be put: glass bottles, jars, jars, cans for food and drinks.
Where: directly in the green container, without plastic bags.
Plastic
What should be put: bottles, detergent bottles, clean packages, bags.
Where: in a clear bag.
Paper, Cardboard and Tetrapak
What should be put: newspapers, folded boxes, beverage cartons (e.g. milk, juices).
Where: without plastic bags, displayed neatly.
Diapers and Diapers
When: Saturday only
Where: in a tightly closed transparent bag.
Exhibition time
The waste must be exposed the night before the day of collection, between 20:00 and 05:00 the next morning.
Important!
In order to avoid penalties from the Municipality or economic charges from the host facility, it is mandatory to respect the calendar, properly separate the waste and use the indicated bags and containers.
An incorrect or overtime delivery may result in fines or additional costs charged to the guest
Arrival, Security and Legal Compliance
Fast Check-in Procedure: Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a fast check-in link . It is mandatory to complete this online procedure before arrival to allow for proper bureaucratic management and to guarantee you quick and smooth access to the facility.
Short Rental Agreement: In accordance with current Italian legislation on short rentals (Legislative Decree 50/2017 and provisions of the Revenue Agency ), for all stays of less than 30 days it is mandatory to sign a written tourist rental agreement . Since this is a short stay, the contract is not subject to tax registration (exempt from registration and stamp duty), but the digital or paper signature of the document is an essential legal requirement to access the property.
Identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid identity document (through the fast check-in procedure before arrival) for the mandatory transmission of data to the Public Security authorities (Web Housing Portal of the State Police).
Security Deposit for Damages: To guarantee any damage to the property, to the furniture, to the equipment or for the loss of the keys, a credit card will be requested (prepaid cards or debit cards are not accepted) on which a temporary block will be made (pre-authorization). The amount is not a charge and will be automatically unlocked after check-out, following the verification of the condition of the apartment.
Unregistered guests: Strangers or people not included in the initial booking are not allowed to enter the property, unless authorized in advance.
