"Clean Hotel with excellent views"

"The view of Sorrento Bay and Naples Bay were simply breathtaking! The staff were very nice and the food was excellent! I would highly recommend to pay the extra and get a Sea View room. The breakfast buffet was incredible!! While the hotel is about 20 minutes away from Sorrento, they did have a shuttle bus that does a round trip several times a day. I the shuttle doesn’t start until 830am so be mindful of the times of your tours. The front desk helped us with taxis to/from the Naples...

We booked a trip to Amalfi & Positano with them and it was a great trip, would highly recommend. "The property is very nice, clean, you can get an ocean view room, it has a beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking that is high in the mountain and you have to take a shuttle to go to the hotel. We got there at 1am and we were lost. "This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at...

"Beautiful views and accommodating staff"

"Beautiful views to stay. We enjoyed staying with our 9 years old daughter. The only downside for us was it's far from the center of Sorrento. Although the hotel included shuttle bus, the schedule is no frequent enough. The hotel is not safe for walking distance. Other than that, the breakfast was great! Dinner was delicious. Staff were excellent!!"

"We loved this property so much. It was a 10 minute walk from the square. There was a beautiful view from the included breakfast, to the lunch restaurant, to the poolside chairs. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We will be back!!"

"Hotel Britannia is a classy, comfortable hotel just outside the main part of the city. Breakfasts were great and the staff was amazingly helpful especially when we had some car issues. (We were able to park there but if you are driving it is probably better to plan on parking in town and taking the bus that conveniently stops right at the hotel.) The only complaint we had is that the water in the hot tub was not very warm."
