"I couldn’t sleep in the night , very crowded and crazy area in the night , the room very small I can barely could walk, there is not closet , very few toiletries, the service at the bar upstairs very bad , no napkins,I have to ask few times for a fork even though we were the only ones at the restaurant , I won’t never come back here"

"The hotel is located in a GREAT area of the city where you can walk around with no concern about safety. I have walked around in the early mornings as well as late at night to the local stores with no problem at all. The hotel itself is nice overall and the staffs are VERY receptive to the guests needs. I travel to Medellin often and have stayed in several hotels in the city and as far as location, overall costs and general area, the Blue Suites checks all of the boxes. As a note; where ever you ultimately decide to stay, make sure you are in the El Poblado or Laureles area (which tends to be more flat, less hills) as both are the Beverly Hills of Medellin ( all of the perks, without the Price, haha). Enjoy Medellin as, it is FAST becoming the Number One Vacation Location due to everything it has to offer for the price!!"

"Solid stay at The Marquee. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. We booked a high-floor room, which I’d strongly recommend: the surrounding Parque Lleras area is very loud at night, and although the hotel does disclose this upfront before booking, a higher floor makes a real difference and keeps the noise manageable. The bar was very good, both downstairs and up on the rooftop terrace, which has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax. The included breakfast was okay, though the options were a bit limited. My only other wish is that they offered a few more amenities, like a proper gym. Overall a clean, well-located hotel with great service, and I’d consider staying again."
