"Couldn’t have had a better stay in Panajachel. This B&B was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me set up tours and transfers before I even arrived onsite. I stayed in the Quetzal Yurt. It was spacious and clean. This yurt has the best views by far. There are two large patios on two different levels. WiFi was fast. "This was a most spectacular and breathtaking place to stay. We got the top view. A bit of a hike up but so worth it. We got to lay in bed and look out to the stars, daybreak and volcanos. "Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon "
