"I had a delightful experience at Ocean Breeze! We were greeted with a lovely sign out front and the AC was running in our room. The front desk associate was gracious in accommodating our request for an early check in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. The room was meticulously, cleaned and appointed well with coffee cups and plates. Our room looked out toward the ocean and the pool was directly below. "The staff at this property was incredible- they learned me and my son’s name by day two of our stay- and they were on top of everything. The resort offers free bikes and kayaks, loved that. Food at the restaurant was good, ceviche at dock bar was outstanding. Overall, property and room were clean. Unexpected treat was the fire pit with s’mores for the kids nightly. Highly recommend staying here. "

"When we arrived to Brisa we were escorted to our room by staff and given a quick tour of the room. We quickly noticed that we did not have a pull out couch (we booked the 2 bedroom with 3 beds beach access) and when one of my guests went to inform staff and initially received an attitude that we “did not rent the cot as we were supposed to”. I then had to go and speak with staff myself which I believe I spoke with a manager who was then quick to remedy the situation as we did indeed book 3 beds,...
