"The place, the view, the sunrise and the sunset are gorgeous! Location is perfect and not too far from town. Gas, food and Big Bend national park is 20mins away. Cabins were clean, cozy and big. And I love that each cabin has their own fire pit!The Cantina/communal kitchen/dining is packed with everything you need! Free flowing bottled water, bagels, spreads, milk, muffins, oats, healthy bars and more. Just wish the Cantina is a little bigger. There were other families that were there during Thanksgiving and we had to wait a while to be able to use the kitchen and dining. We ended up eating outside. There were outdoor tables and chairs. Good thing it was not too cold. The following night, there were guests who ate and ended up playing card games until past 10pm, we ended up eating outside again since they did not care about other people waiting to use the Cantina for cooking/dining. But all in all we had a great time and we are already planning on coming back with the whole family! Thank you so much for accomodating us and our pups!"

"Conveniently located near the ghost town of Terlingua which is much more lively than the name implies. Access to Big Bend NP hiking trails and Rio Grande within 35-45 minutes. Appreciated the ability to cook meals at the house and having a hot shower to rinse the days hiking dust off. The highlight was the dark night skies and the ability to see so many stars and the Milky Way. Will stay again when we visit the area. "
