Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Please let customers know this is on the third floor of building. There is no light on the bottom floor of the building due to the earthquake. It is very dark, lost os stairs and no railings on a certain portion of the hallway. My mother missed a step and fell face forward, busted her nose, had to take her to the hospital, thank God she was OK. After the second day there was no hot water in this place. Owners didn't even bother to reach out to see how our mother was. Everything was through a third person in charge. We will be returning to Colombia but will not be staying at this place.
