"Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved."

Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. WOW WOW WOW, I am a pilot and stay in hotels all over the USA. I have been here to Philippines 4 times and this is the most amazing place I have stayed yet. I know its new but it is defiantly a top notch Marriot. All the staff are so amazing and personal. The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.
