"The rooms are VERY dated. The property is clean and has a excellent shuttle service to Disneyland. That alone is worth dealing with a mediocre hotel. "

"Check in was quick but the $32 parking fee was unexpected and rediculous. The room was spacious and clean but the fire alarm went off erroneously at 3:00 am and kept going on and off for over an hour. Left tired and with a bad taste in our mouths. "

"Lots of small things that all added up to this place being not worth the price. When we checked in, our room had an empty shower gel dispenser, a dead lightbulb, and exactly one ant that appeared on a bed. The room TV was super laggy and would randomly turn off. The food at the restaurant and room service was pretty good, but not worth the price. The lobby bar closes at midnight for some reason. The staff, housekeeping, and bartenders were all super friendly and attentive. They responded to all of our issues quickly and effectively. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms are comfortable. It's probably worth a stay if you can get a deal on it for a convention, but I'll probably look elsewhere next time."
