Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and everyone else. Very helpful and cheerful and easy to find help when needed. Location is good - very close to Nijo market and easy walking distance to everywhere. Room was very comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the room is the best thing ever.

Room is very tidy. Housekeeping, albeit limited (only changing towels and taking trash), was sufficient for staying for a week. Washing machine in room is new and easy to use, if there're more racks for hanging clothes then will be superb.
