$99 Special, No-Frills, Basic, Efficient room about 200 sf. It's small, it's simple. Lower your expectations coming in. Super location in the HEART of downtown Sarasota. Enjoy easy access...Walk to the library, Restaurants, Shops, Bars, Clubs, Marina Jack's. The Ritz just down the street! Super strong Wifi, Comfy queen bed, work desk w/ flat screen TV. This is perfect space for students, singles, couples looking to experience downtown on a budget or not having a vehicle to get around.

Important Note:
Again, this is an efficiency room part of a 100 year old historic house. Lower your expectations coming in and you won't be disappointed. It IS a fantastic, small, clean and cozy space in probably the best location in downtown Sarasota priced at the most affordable rate you can find. It's simple yet incredible at the same time. We invite you to stay in a piece of Sarasota history and explore all that downtown Sarasota has to offer. Thank you!
